All information provided at Cosmic Earth Child is provided from the perspective of Tina Powell, and is intellectual property of Cosmic Earth Child, LLC. 

• All graphics, video materials, blog entries, and frequently asked questions at Cosmic Earth Child are intellectual property of Cosmic Earth Child, LLC.
• All journals, planners, and pdf content available for purchase is intended for personal use and may not be sold, as is property of Cosmic Earth Child, LLC.  
• Cosmic Earth Child, LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, or spam. Anyone exhibiting these behaviors may be blocked from future service.
• All sales are final. There will be no refunds issued on sessions or services rendered. 
• Cancelations or rescheduling are available up to 24 hours before your scheduled session date through your session booking confirmation email.
• Cancelations made prior to 24 hours before your session are subject to receive a full refund. Cancelations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% refund. Cancelation policy is available for viewing within initial scheduling and confirmation emails. 
• If rescheduling needs to be done within 24 hours of your scheduled session time due to outstanding circumstances, please email directly at cosmicearthchildtina@gmail.com 
• By booking a session you are agreeing to be recorded for your personal future use. Session replay can be expected to be delivered to your email within 24 hours. If you have not received your session replay within 24 hours, please email directly at cosmicearthchildtina@gmail.com 
• When booking for live, private group zoom events you are agreeing to be recorded. Group Zoom events may be sold as future attunements through Cosmic Earth Child, LLC, Mystic Heartspace, LLC or collaborators. You may choose to remove your name, image, or audio from event screen before recording begins.
